As part of the ongoing effort to increase Safety and Professionalism in the Mooney Caravan, Dr. Chuck "Cowboy" Crinnian, MD, AME and Director of Flight Operations for the Mooney Caravan, has written an excellent article on on the Human Factors that give rise to Human Errors. Close formation flying doesn't tolerate errors and thus identifying these contributing factors can only lead to safer pilots and safer sorties. For those attending the upcoming clinic in Yuma, Arizona, please take the time to read this short article as Cowboy will be presenting and leading a discussion of the topic at the clinic.
